For almost five decades, people's mindset and image toward frisbee has evolved from a dogs' toy, to a recreational beach toy, to a competitive sports game. Frisbee also referred to as flying disc is a disc-shaped glider which is made of plastic and roughly 20 to 25 centimeters in diameter with bent curves. In addition, this flying disc is a free-form recreational activity that everyone can enjoy. Frisbee is widely available nowadays and almost everybody used it for sport and recreational purposes. Frisbee can be played in different forms such as freestyle, Frisbee golf or Ultimate Frisbee, dodge Frisbee, guts Frisbee, flutterguts, friskee and among many others. The one I love and enjoy the most is Ultimate Frisbee actually it is the most common one.
